The Rotax® MAX Challenge™ (RMC) is a popular championship with racing karts using Rotax 125 Max Evo engines. It is owned and run by BRP and its national dealers. It is an official championship of the CIK-FIA (Commission Internationale de Karting / Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) and follows the rules of the International Automobile Federation. At the national level, local dealers organise local Rotax® MAX Challenge™ championships. More than 7,500 active racers participate in these local championships around the world. Rotax drivers in the RMC racing program follow the basic RMC rules - the "Rotax Sporting and Technical Regulations" - and all drivers are required to use an approved type of MOJO® traction bike.
